Student-athletes have the opportunity to receive compensation from third parties using their personal brand, often referred to as their name, image and likeness.

Florida Victorious is here to support those student-athletes in every way we possibly can and work tirelessly on their behalf to help them be as successful as possible.

Florida Victorious is not a part of the University of Florida in any way. We are the Official NIL Partner of the Florida Gators, which is a partnership through Gators Sports Properties. We are our own stand-alone entity, consisting of a "collective" side and the Florida Victorious Foundation (a 501(c)3 non-profit).

Florida Victorious has supported athletes from 11 sports - Baseball, Football, Gymnastics, Men's Basketball, Men's Golf, Men's Tennis, Soccer, Softball, Track & Field, Volleyball and Women's Basketball. We are extremely fortunate to be supporting a brand like the Gators, who have such a rich history program-wide and strive to provide the resources needed to continue being at the forefront of the intercollegiate athletic landscape.

This is mainly directed by how you choose to give but, no matter your avenue of supporting, we currently get around 90% of the funds we bring in to the athletes. The 10% not going to athletes is used for the overhead we need to continue providing them the best experience in the country.

We have multiple options at varying commitment levels so that anyone can help the cause in some way! Some ways you can help:

• Become a Member: Growing our membership is a huge priority for Florida Victorious and we have made changes to ensure our members understand how important they are to us. As a member, you get exclusive access to content from Nick de la Torre, our message boards, signed memorabilia, events with our athletes and much more! For as low as $25 per month, you can begin getting this access while also knowing you are making a difference for the Gators. We are the only fan site that helps the Gators win.
• Corporate Partnership: We have grown our corporate partnership program immensely and have an offering to help make a difference for your business. Collectively, our athletes have over 3 million followers on social media in addition to the following of Florida Victorious and Nick de la Torre. We have a section on our website promoting our corporate partners, include partner logos in our communications with members and donors, display partner logos at member events and most importantly - connect our partners to Florida Victorious athletes! • Make a Gift to the Foundation: The Florida Victorious Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit focused on utilizing the reach of our athletes to make a difference in our community. By giving to the Foundation, you help us provide opportunities for our athletes to work at and amplify our charity partners to help them make a bigger impact! • Spread the Word: Outside of supporting financially, you can also make a very big difference by helping to talk about Florida Victorious with your friends and contacts. There are still a lot of people who do not understand what Name, Image and Likeness and/or Florida Victorious are and your support with the people you know can help us get past that.
